Among the areas most representative of Cecina Marina find the Tombolo, even chioamato most commonly under the name of Cecina.
The Tombolo was created in 1839 by the Grand Duke of Tuscany Leopold II Habsburg-Lorraine and includes an area of 15 km, including the sea until the most internal several hundred metres.
